Hope and Harbor offers safe and dignified overnight shelter to adults in Goodhue County during the cold winter months. You may be in need of other help. The resources below may provide what you are looking for.

The hours for Dental are M-Th from 8AM to 4PM and Fridays 9AM-2PM.
Medical and Mental Health are on Tuesday evenings from 4PM-7PM. Registration begins at 4PM.
Medical and Mental Health are for uninsured only with income of up to 275% of the FPL.
Dental Clinic takes uninsured, Medical Assistance, and MinnesotaCare.

HOUSING SUPPORT
The following programs help low-income people with coverage for Housing Support.
Housing Support (Formerly Group Residential Housing GRH) – This program is a state-funded income supplement program that pays for room-and-board costs for low-income adults who have been placed in a licensed or registered setting with which a county human service agency has negotiated a monthly rate.
Drop-In-Center: Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center offers a comfortable and safe space for adults to socialize and support one another, while emphasizing mental health. Offers games, cards, crafts, snacks, and TV.

HVMHC offers a full range of mental health services to all ages
Hispanic Outreach of Goodhue County is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the Hispanic community in Goodhue County. We provide a range of services for individuals facing language barriers, who are new to the community, or who need assistance with resources. Our services include interpreting, translating, document reading, form completion, housing support, advocacy, and more. Additionally, we offer emergency funds to help those experiencing financial hardships. For more information, please contact Adriana at 651-301-2184, Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
The Homeless Committee. The aim of this committee is to provide temporary and transitional housing for the homeless individual and families in the Red Wing area. As well as to establish a permanent location for a Homeless Shelter.

The Mental and Chemical Health Coalition strives to create a strengthened and unified framework to improve mental and chemical health and reduce duplication in Goodhue County. NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for any adult who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. This support group will meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month in the Community Room at Maple Hills in Red Wing.
We are an emergency food shelf for people who need groceries. Neighbors are able to visit the food shelf one time per week

We provide housing opportunities to elderly, disabled, handicapped, and family households in the city of Red Wing, Minnesota through a number of local, state, and federal programs. Our housing assistance programs are as follows: Jordan Towers I (1-2 bedrooms), Jordan Towers II (1-2 bedrooms) *Elderly (62+) or disabled only*, Family Public Housing (3-4 bedrooms), and Housing Choice Voucher (for the city of Red Wing). All of our housing assistance programs are waitlist based, so you must first fill out an application to be placed on the waitlist. Applications are available on our website or in person at our office.
